Having a baby is a time of joy and celebration but it can be daunting and make you and your partner apprehensive. If you are going to have your first baby you may appreciate having an extra pair of hands at the hospital to guide you through the experience; or perhaps you are having a baby after a less than satisfying experience during a previous birth and want to have a better one?
